Third-Party Payment Processing All payments on our site are processed by a secure, third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your payment information, such as your credit card number, is securely transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not store any of your credit card details on our servers. Our payment processor is responsible for handling your payment details in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of our third-party payment processor.

SERVICE FEES:

LATE FEES APPLIED: at the close of business on the 12th of each month.

DISCONNECTIONS: Last Business Day of each month beginning at 8am.  Excluding Friday and Holidays. Service is disconnected if there is any past due balance on the account.  A $50.00 service fee will be assessed.

RECONNECTIONS: Past Due Balances and fees must be PAID IN FULL including a $50.00 reconnection fee.

Town Meetings

Town and Wayne Public Works Meetings are held monthly on the 1st Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Wayne Multi-Purpose Center 107 N. Shannon, Wayne, Oklahoma.

The public is welcome to attend. In the event that the 1st Monday of the month is a holiday, the meeting will be held on Tuesday.

The Agenda for each meeting can be found posted here, at the Wayne Town Hall, and the Multi-Purpose Center prior to Town Meetings.
