Pay Water Bill

SERVICE FEES:

LATE FEES APPLIED: at the end of business on the 12th of each month.

DISCONNECTIONS: Last Business Day (that is not a Friday or holiday) of each month. And a $25.00 disconnection fee will be assessed.

RECONNECTIONS: Past Due Balances must be PAID IN FULL with a $50.00 reconnection fee.

Christmas Adopt a Pole

Join the Wayne Town Hall each Christmas season as we decorate the utility poles on North Shannon Street outside the Town Hall, Multi-purpose Center, and Wayne Rural Water.

Adoption is FREE!!
All you need to do is decorate!

Great for Businesses, School Clubs, Church Groups!

Here are the Guidelines:

  • Decorating begins Dec. 1 and must be complete by Dec.  7.
  • Christmas Décor (tasteful, must be child-safe, fun, and family oriented)
  • No taller than 8 feet
  • Withstand weather and elements
  • No permanent damage to poles (ex. Painting)
  • MUST BE TAKEN DOWN BY the first Saturday after the New Year

Adoption is FREE. Poles are adopted for the Halloween and Christmas Holidays.
